• We proudly offer free shipping for the majority of countries. However, some countries may incur shipping charges. This will be made clear at checkout.

• Shipping speeds can vary based on the courier service and the destination country. Please choose an express shipping option when checking out if you require faster shipping.

Couriers

• Our commitment to ensuring timely and safe delivery of your orders is reflected in our choice of reputable and trusted couriers. We use a mix of couriers to get your orders to you including Royal Mail, UPS, DHL, and Whistl.

PO Boxes

• Please be advised, we cannot ship to PO boxes or freight forwarding/courier service addresses. Orders with these types of addresses will unfortunately be returned to us.

Taxes and Duties

UK:

• All our orders are dispatched from our UK warehouses. There are no additional costs to pay on your end.

USA:

• The price you see includes any sales tax. There are no hidden charges, duties, or taxes to be paid upon delivery.

Australia:

• Like the USA, any sales tax is already factored into the price displayed. No additional duties or taxes apply.

EU:

• Owing to Brexit, there have been some changes to the process of shipping items from the UK to EU countries. To make this transition smoother for our EU customers, we are affiliated with the IOSS scheme. As a result, VAT is already included in the prices on our website. We handle the VAT on your behalf, ensuring a smoother delivery process. You can find more about the IOSS scheme on the European Commission website here.

If you face any hiccups with your local customs authority concerning import fees, kindly inform them about the IOSS scheme and show them your order receipt from us, which displays the VAT amount.

Other Countries:

• For countries outside the US, Australia, EU, or UK, you might face import fees set by your country's customs authority. Any additional taxes, duties, fees, or charges linked to the import of items will be your responsibility. These charges are determined by local laws, and we recommend you familiarize yourself with them.
