This expansion contains everything you need to add elevation to your WarLock tabletop terrain. New pillars include re-designed support notches to allow terrain crafters to safely and securely stack additional floors above one another while connecting to surrounding walls. The expansion also features modular pillar columns to either reinforce lower floors or add tension to a scene by obscuring hidden foes, as well as balcony edgecaps of multiple sizes to give the villain an elevated perch from which to monologue at the heroes.

Shipping Options
We offer several shipping options, which can vary by shipping country and product type.
Please note: All shipping times are approximate and may be affected by factors such as remote locations and weather conditions, particularly during peak seasons like Christmas.
UK Shipping:
- Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary delivery within the UK, typically taking 2-5 working days. This option is untracked and the final delivery is handled by Royal Mail or Evri.
- Tracked Shipping: For added peace of mind, choose tracked shipping for a nominal fee. Delivery takes 2-5 working days and final delivery is also fulfilled by Royal Mail or Evri.
- UPS Shipping: Need it faster? Opt for UPS shipping, which delivers in 1-2 working days. This is available for certain products for an additional fee.
Non-UK Shipping:
- Free Shipping: We offer free, untracked shipping to most countries, which generally takes 5-10 business days. Deliveries are made by your local postal service.
- Tracked Shipping: Track your order with our international tracked shipping for a small additional charge. Expect delivery within 5-10 business days, handled by your local postal service.
- UPS Shipping: For faster delivery internationally, choose UPS. This service delivers in 2-3 business days and will cost an additional fee.
Order Processing Times
- In-stock Items: Typically dispatched within one business day.
- Preorders: Pre-order products display an estimated shipping date on the product page and in your confirmation email. Please note, this date may change due to manufacturer schedules. Preorders are shipped as soon as they arrive in our warehouse.

We ship globally, however, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or freight forwarders. Please provide an alternative address.

When will my item ship?
If you order an in stock item by 1pm (UK time), your order will ship the same day from Monday to Friday. It can take a little longer at busy times, like the Christmas period.
How long will my order take to arrive?

UK orders ship by Royal Mail, which should arrive in two to five working days after despatch (but occasionally can take longer).

Non-UK orders ship by Royal Mail International Airmail, which usually takes 10-15 working days after despatch, but may take up to 30 days if the item is held by your country's customs officers.
Deliveries can take longer to arrive at busy periods, such as Christmas, or during emergency situations such as the coronavirus pandemic.
How much does shipping cost?
For most countries including the US and UK, shipping is free.
Do I get a tracking number with my order?
Currently, all orders ship without a tracking number, but we will soon be offering the ability to upgrade to a tracked delivery service.
Will I be charged any shipping, customs or duties fees?
Within the UK and USA the price you see is the price you pay - you won't be charged any extra fees.
If you are outside the UK/USA you may have to pay customs/duties if your country charges for importing packages. Please check with your local authorities for more information.
How do preorders work?
When you place a preorder, your payment will be taken immediately and you will receive email confirmation of your order.
When the item arrives in stock, your preorder will ship and you will receive a shipping notification. Please note, supplier dates can change; check the product listing for the most up to date information.
When will my preorder ship?
Look on the listing page for the shipping date of a preorder product. The date is listed next to the 'Add to Cart' button and at the top of the listing description. Please be away that pre-order dates occassionally can change due to manufacturing delays.
What currency will I be charged in?
We charge orders in British Pounds, US dollars, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars, or Euros depending on your location.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 100 day no-hassle, returns policy from the purchase date.
In addition, UK returns will be supplied a Freepost address to send the item back free of charge.
International customers will be required to pay for returns postage.
Returns can be made for any reason: faulty goods, incorrect sizing or the item is just not as expected. We will offer refund or replacement on receipt of the original item.
