If your item has not yet shipped
If you have placed an order for a product that has not yet shipped, and wish to change a an item, you will need to contact us on the form below.
Please note that because we pack in-stock orders very quickly, there is a limited window after ordering that you are able to make changes. Typically in-stock orders are packed by our warehouse within one hour, so please tell us about any changes within one hour of placing your order.
If your item has already shipped
If you have placed an order for a product that has already shipped and wish to change an item, you will need to return your item first. If you have an account with us, you can book in an item to return from within your account. If you don’t have account with us, you can request to return an item on this page.
