If your order has not yet shipped
If your order has not yet shipped and you want to cancel, please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page as quickly as possible. As we try to despatch in-stock orders as quickly as possible there is a limited time period in which we can cancel your order. Typically in-stock orders are packed by our warehouse within one hour, so please tell us about any cancellations within one hour of placing your order.
If your order has already shipped
As we have already shipped your order, you will need to return your item(s) back to us to get a refund or exchange. If you have an account with us, you can book in an item to return from within your account. If you don’t have account with us, you can request to return an item by clicking here to visit our returns help page.
