I entered the wrong address and my order has shipped
Your order will be delivered to the address that you entered during checkout. There is a small window of time (usually around 1 hour after placing your order) in which we are able to change the shipping address of your order. If you order has not yet shipped and you wish to change the shipping address, please visit this link immediately to change your shipping address.
Once an order has shipped we are unfortunately not able to change the address to which it is delivered. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address there are several steps that can be taken to resolve the issue:
- Can you retrieve the package from the address it has been delivered to?
This is the best option. If you have access to the address, or have contact with someone at the address, you can retrieve the package.
- Contact the reception desk at the delivery address
If there is a a reception desk at the delivery address (such as in an apartment complex or a business), you can contact the reception desk to ask them if they have received it. You can also contact them per-emptively to ask them to keep your package should it arrive there.
- Wait for the package to be returned to us
Often, the package will either be refused by the resident at the current address or will not be delivered by the postal service (for example, if the address given does not match any real premises). In these circumstances the package will be returned to our warehouse and we will automatically contact you to ask what you want to do next.
Unfortunately, we are not able to issue refunds or replacement orders where an incorrect address has been provided to us.
