I have been charged more than once for my order
Your credit/debit card statement may show more than one charge for your order. Usually, this happens when you have attempted to make your payment more than once.
Apparent extra charges are actually authorisations for the payments you attempted earlier, that did not complete successfully.
Depending on your bank, this will:
- Automatically disappear from your statement
- Or, be shown as if it is a charge and then a refund on a later date
- Or, be shown as a refund first, and then a charge afterwards
This usually takes 3 working days but can take longer, depending on your bank.
